Delete your ePortfolio project data
Last updated July 30, 2026
You can delete a project or an individual project image in the ePortfolio app without deleting your account.
Delete a project
- Sign in and open a project that you own.
- Choose Delete project.
- Review the confirmation and choose Delete.
This permanently removes the project’s active title, description, links, tags, publication state, owner and discovery entries, uploaded images and generated thumbnails, and temporary uploads associated with that project. Your account, profile, other projects, followers, and conversations are not deleted.
Delete one project image
- Sign in and open a project that you own.
- In the project’s image list, choose the Delete image control beside the image.
- Review the confirmation and choose Delete.
This permanently removes the selected image, its generated thumbnails, and its active project-asset record. The project and its other images remain available.
If a delete control is unavailable
These controls are available for projects managed by the current ePortfolio app. A project that is still in the legacy format may not show them during the app-upgrade coexistence period. If you cannot complete a deletion, email wilfred.cruz.ph@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Identify the project or image you want deleted, but do not send your password or authentication codes. We may need to verify your identity and ownership.
Retention boundaries
- Deleting a project or image does not delete your account or conversations. Conversation records may be retained to preserve the other participant’s copy and conversation integrity.
- Separate reports, moderation cases, security logs, fraud-prevention records, or audit information may be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud and abuse prevention, or legal claims.
- Residual copies may remain in protected backup systems for up to 90 additional days and are not normally used except for disaster recovery, security, or legal compliance.
- Copies independently saved, reshared, or indexed by another user or third party are outside ePortfolio’s active systems and may remain under that party’s control.
For more information, see the Privacy Policy. To delete your entire account instead, follow the account-deletion instructions.
