Delete your ePortfolio account

You can submit and, while eligible, cancel an account-deletion request from the ePortfolio app.

Request deletion in the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Re-enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Your public profile and portfolio discovery entries are hidden when the request is accepted, and interactive account capabilities are paused.

Delete only a project or image

You do not need to delete your account to remove an individual project or project image. Follow the project-data deletion instructions.

Cancel a pending request

Return to the Delete account screen, re-enter your password, and choose Cancel deletion request. Cancellation is unavailable after permanent deletion begins.

If you cannot sign in

Email wilfred.cruz.ph@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.

What may be retained

Deletion timing, recovery periods, backups, messages, moderation records, and information retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes are governed by the Privacy Policy. This page does not override applicable legal retention requirements.
