Community Standards
Effective July 28, 2026
These standards describe the safety rules for profiles, portfolios, messages, and community activity on ePortfolio.
1. Be respectful and authentic
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, or organize abuse against another person.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity to deceive others, or manipulate engagement.
- Do not post hateful content or attack people based on protected characteristics.
2. Protect people from harm
- Do not promote sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, self-harm, terrorism, or credible violence.
- Do not expose another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.
- Do not use ePortfolio to groom, exploit, coerce, extort, or otherwise endanger a child or vulnerable person.
3. Share lawful, rights-respecting content
- Post only content you created or are authorized to share.
- Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other rights.
- Do not post malware, scams, fraud, spam, or instructions intended to bypass security or moderation controls.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Use the report action on a profile or project for safety concerns. You can block another user immediately. Urgent danger should be reported to appropriate local emergency services.
ePortfolio may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. Eligible decisions can be appealed in the app. Reports and appeals must be truthful and must not be used to harass another person.
5. Contact
For child-safety, copyright, privacy, or other policy concerns that cannot be reported in the app, contact wilfred.cruz.ph@gmail.com.
